My name is Remelda Jacob Palaganas I am the
PRESIDENT & CEO.
My role is to insure that, or clients receive the
highest quality of personalized care and supportive
living wherever they call “HOME”, on their own terms
regardless of any life limiting conditions. We are both
a geriatric wellness and in-home care giving service.
If your client or loved one wants to AGE IN PLACE so
that they may be as independent as possible and or to
recover faster after a hospital or rehab stay, we
